Daniel Pendzich is a Digital 3D Artist. Born and raised in Wiesbaden, Germany, Daniel was able to benefit from a DoDDS (Department of Defense Dependant Schools) elementary, middle, and high school American education. He spent most of his childhood studying animation, lighting, and rendering through the use of 3D animation software such as the earlier versions of 3d Studio Max and Maya.

At the age of 15 Daniel was awarded 1st place for both his animation portfolio, and his on-site computer animation challenge when he participated in the DoDDS Annual Technology Fair his freshman year. Today, Daniel is a graduate of Cogswell Polytechnical College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is currently seeking employment with an animation studio.

Although Daniel considers strumming on his guitar and playing PC games as his favorite leisure activities, his passion for digital 3D art has mostly been fueled by inspirational Pixar and DreamWorks films such as, "Monsters Inc." and "Kung Fu Panda".

Daniel has worked on Michael Huber's "The Offering"; a highly anticipated animated short produced by a selected number of students at Cogswell College. Although Daniel's roll on the production team was mainly focused on lighting/rendering and compositing, he has also done character animation clean-up for several scenes, and has provided character rigs for the plant life throughout the film.
